RocketTXT now allows for customers to reply to individual SMS sent from within Rocket!
RocketTXT users now have the option of customer replies when using the individual SMS sending option from within Rocket (the reply feature is already available when sending bulk SMS by selecting “Web Inbox” within the “Reply To” option)
All you need to do is go to Rocket Administration > Modules > External Interfaces > SMS Gateway and remove any characters from the “From Mobile Number” of “SMS Gateway Settings”
This will send messages normally with a random data number as the message header (as opposed to store name or tag). Replies will be enabled and they will be delivered to the email address attached to your RocketTXT accountIf you would like replies from your customers when sending “ad-hoc” messages from within Rocket, leave this field blank. Replies will be delivered to email address that is attached to your RocketTXT account.
If you prefer to display your store name you can add up to 11 characters in this field (no spaces or symbols). This will not allow for replies
